Ports<\/span><\/h2>\n

The ports of A Coru\u00f1a and Ferrol are located in the main international shipping routes between Europe, America and Asia. They specialize in loading and unloading bulk items, fishery products, and miscellaneous general merchandise, in addition to their regular feeder lines and cruising activity. It should be noted that they are among the leading ports in Spain in downloads of both fresh and frozen fish.<\/p>\n

Rental prices in Galicia are\u00a023% lower than the national average, according to 2016 data from one of the leading real estate portals.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the average price of housing for rent in A Coru\u00f1a is around 620\u20ac a month, while in Ferrol it goes down to approximately 360\u20ac, although this prices go down if we don\u2019t take into account vacation rentals or if we expand our search beyond the main population centers.<\/p>\n
