He earned his PhD in Nanomaterials Science at the University of Oxford, and later carried out several postdoctoral stays at the University of Copenhagen as a Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Individual Fellow, where he developed new nanomaterial syntheses for nanocatalysts aimed at improving energy conversion efficiency.
