Naya explained that \u201cin the case of the multinational Inditex, talent recruitment is being promoted through its own program, InTalent, which is giving excellent results in terms of researchers returning\u201d. &#8220;The collaboration with the public shipyard Navantia focuses on a mixed research unit, UMI, called &#8220;Shipyard 4.0: the shipyard of the future&#8221; in which various actions related to industrial 4.0 in the shipbuilding sector are being carried out&#8221;, added the vice-chancellor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"iimg_-741573731\" src=\"\/export\/sites\/udc\/comunicacion\/_galeria_imgs\/novas\/2018\/02\/salvador_naya_habana_2.jpg_2063069294.jpg\" alt=\"salvador_naya_habana_2\" width=\"516\" height=\"387\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9351\" src=\"https:\/\/www.intalent.udc.gal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/salvador-naya-habana-2.webp\" alt=\"A UDC presenta nun congreso casos de \u00e9xito na relaci\u00f3n coa empresa 2\" width=\"516\" height=\"387\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.intalent.udc.gal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/salvador-naya-habana-2.webp 516w, https:\/\/www.intalent.udc.gal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/salvador-naya-habana-2-300x225.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><br \/>\nSalvador Naya explained that today the University \u201cmust play a dynamic role in the environment in which it carries out its main mission of educating and researching, promoting the so-called third mission, that of technological transfer to society\u201d. This path, declared the vice-chancellor \u201cis key in universities that have an innovative vocation like the University of A Coru\u00f1a\u201d. The congress is attended by around 2,500 delegates from around 70 countries.
