Incorporation
of researchers

The Ramón y Cajal recruitment aids, part of the State Programme for the Promotion of Talent and Employability in R&D, are aimed at promoting the incorporation of national and foreign researchers with an outstanding track record in R&D by, on one hand, granting aids for their hiring, and on the other hand, granting aids to create permanent jobs for their subsequent incorporation to the agents of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation recipients of this aids.

The selection is based on a rigorous process of competitive tendering of candidates based on their curriculum merits and their ability to lead a line of research, based on their scientific and professional experience as well as the independence of their career.
