Following the first InTalent program three years ago, a total of six scientists have joined the university. All of them attended the renewal of the agreement at A Maestranza in April 2022. Present at the signing were Rector Julio Abalde and Inditex CEO Óscar García Maceiras.
The renewed InTalent program has a budget of €1.5 million and doubles the number of researchers to 15 by 2026. The Rector stated that the goal is to offer distinctive advantages.
Furthermore, the Rector noted that the program attracts candidates from 40 countries and emphasized the program’s focus on both attracting and retaining these researchers, as all of them ultimately become part of the university’s teaching and research staff.
