The InTalent Programme is aimed at researchers of any nationality who are beneficiaries of research excellence grants. These grants refer to publicly or privately funded programmes of high national or international prestige that support scientists developing their research careers at public research institutions.

Therefore, to be eligible for this programme, the candidate must have already been awarded a research excellence grant.
